破碎機篩網更換及緊固方式

1、首先平移進料皮帶輸送機，留出換網空間，方便更換篩網。

2、用內六角扳手逆時針拧開下料鬥下方固定螺絲，然後平移抽出破碎機下料口。

3、先用適當規格內六角扳手沿逆時針拆卸3顆黑色內六角螺絲，依次取出加厚墊片。

4、用大力鉗逆時針拆卸，固定篩網的尖頭絲杆4個。

5 、篩網調節杆，逆時針退100mm行程，篩網托架下移，即可取出篩網舊件。

6、更換新篩網，需用叉車或者手動液壓車輔助安裝，將篩網放至篩網托架上。

7、將篩網調節杆順時針轉動，篩網托架會逐步升起，如遇到卡頓現象，請勿繼續轉動篩網調節杆，逆時針轉動篩網調節杆半圈，使用撬棒之類的工具，撬動篩網直至篩網處于活動狀態，繼續順時針轉動篩網調節杆，直至篩網到達合適的位置，需要檢查篩網托架與篩網匹配度，±1-2mm，如果篩網與篩網托架匹配，均勻無縫隙。最後再依次順時針轉動固定篩網的箭頭絲杆，篩網安裝完畢。

8、將破碎機下料口平移推進破碎機至合適位置，固定好螺栓，最後將輸送帶平移至破碎機進料口即可。

9、如果不匹配，需要做好記號，調整篩網弧度。建議用折彎機或者錘子調整，調整完之後，重複第七步和第八步即可。

Crusher Screen Replacement and Tightening Method 

1、  First, move the feed belt conveyor horizontally to leave space for screen replacement, making it convenient for screen change.

2、  Use an Allen wrench to unscrew the fixing screws below the discharge hopper counterclockwise, then move and pull out the lower discharge port of the crusher.

3、use Allen wrench to unscrew three black Allen screws counterclockwise, then sequentially remove the thick washers.

4、  Use a heavy-duty vice to unscrew in a counterclockwise direction, removing the four pointed screw rods that fix the sieve mesh.

5、  The sieve adjustment rod should be retreated 100mm in a counterclockwise direction, causing the sieve tray to lower, thus allowing the old sieve mesh to be removed.

6、To replace the new sieve mesh, assistance from a forklift or manual hydraulic truck is required. Place the new sieve mesh onto the sieve tray.

7、  Adjust the sieve mesh regulating rod clockwise. The sieve mesh tray will rise. If you encounter any jamming, do not continue to turn the sieve mesh regulating rod. Instead, turn it counterclockwise by half a turn and use a crowbar or similar tool to lift the sieve mesh until it is in a movable state. Then, continue to turn the sieve mesh regulating rod clockwise until the sieve mesh reaches the appropriate position. You need to check the fit between the sieve mesh tray and the sieve mesh, ensuring it is within ±1-2mm and that there are no gaps. Finally, turn the arrow screw fixing the sieve mesh clockwise . The sieve mesh installation is complete.

8、Shift the discharge outlet of the crusher forward to position the crusher at the appropriate location, tighten the bolts, and then move the conveyor belt to align with the crusher's feed inlet.

9、If there is a mismatch, mark the necessary adjustments and modify the screen mesh curvature. It is recommended to use a bending machine or a hammer for this. After making the adjustments, repeat step 7 and 8
