       This system is a mass treatment production line specially for sponge and foams. Foam conveying system along with single shaft shredder enable packed product feeding directly into machines. System choose double stage mold packed foam would be shredded into 50mm and next stage high speed crusher machine will make final fine size 4~5mm.
 
       The owner Bruce is very happy with this system, compared with former tried machines, this system saves 2~3 labor in front feeding part, also specially designed granulator makes stable and average 4~5mm. This output make his next blanket production line very steady and get extra bonus capacity.
 
       This system is served from 2018, the blades consumption is very limited as material is customized with high-speed steel considering sponge features.
